Synopsis

Mamma Mia! is a musical set on a picturesque Greek island. The story revolves around Sophie Sheridan, a young woman who is about to get married. Raised by her single mother Donna, Sophie has always wondered about her father’s identity. After discovering her mother’s old diary, she learns about three men who could potentially be her father: Sam Carmichael, Bill Austin and Harry Bright. Without telling Donna, Sophie invites all three men to her wedding, hoping to uncover the truth. As the wedding day approaches, chaos and comedy ensue as the three men arrive, each unaware of the others’ presence and the reason for their invitation. Meanwhile, Donna is reunited with her old friends and former bandmates, Tanya and Rosie, who help her navigate the unexpected situation. The story is told through the iconic songs of ABBA, including hits like, “Dancing Queen”, “Mamma Mia” and “Take a Chance on Me” The musical explores themes of love, friendship, and the search for identity, all set against the backdrop of a vibrant and sunny Greek island.
